Nandini Rao is a distinguished theatre professional with over 25 years of experience as an actor, improvisoror, director, and trainer. 

As the co-founder and Artistic Director of Yours Truly Theatre, she has been instrumental in pioneering interactive and improvisational theatre in India and beyond for over 17 years. Her expertise spans various theatre forms, including Playback Theatre, Forum Theatre, and Improv Comedy. 

Nandini has also innovated unique formats such as the Black Rainbow Project, Mushaira Theatre, and Complete the Story, showcasing her commitment to using theatre as a medium for social change &
 personal transformation. 

Her contributions have been recognized with several accolades, a UN Fellowship (2019). She has also received the 'Innovation in Training & Development' award at Asia's Excellence Awards (2017) and the Leadership Award for Diversity & Inclusion at the World HRD Congress (2017). Furthermore, she was a finalist for the British Council's Young Creative Entrepreneur Award and has been featured among the top 20 artists in India transforming the landscape of Indian theatre.
